This policy explains how YAS CONNECT handles information across the website, mobile apps, public pages, wallet passes, loyalty cards, analytics and notifications.

What we collect

We collect the information needed to run YAS CONNECT:

Account details such as name, email, phone number, username and sign-in provider.
Profile content such as bio, avatar, links, business details and page appearance.
Wallet and loyalty data such as membership ID, points, stamps, rewards, pass settings and scan activity.
Device and notification data such as push tokens, pass registrations and basic app diagnostics.
Usage analytics such as visits, link clicks, source, device type and timestamps.

How we use it

To create and display your public YAS CONNECT page.
To authenticate accounts and protect dashboard, business and admin access.
To issue and update Apple Wallet and Google Wallet passes.
To run loyalty programs, scans, rewards, messages and business reports.
To send requested service messages, verification messages and wallet updates.
To improve reliability, security and product experience.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal data.
We do not publish private business verification files on public pages.
We do not use wallet push notifications to send hidden message content; the pass is refreshed with the latest approved fields.
We do not intentionally expose dashboard, admin or loyalty scanner data to people without permission.

Sharing and processors

YAS CONNECT uses trusted infrastructure and platform services to operate the product, including hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, email, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and push notification providers. These services process information only as needed to deliver YAS CONNECT features.

Your choices

You can edit or unpublish your public page from the dashboard.
You can change wallet-visible fields before issuing a pass.
You can disable notifications at the device level.
You can contact us at support@yasconnect.me to request account, privacy or data support.
